Job Description
  • Should have at least 5-8 years of experience in Real estate Sales
  • Maintaining and developing good relations with channel partners and customers
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet and over-achieve sales targets
  • Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business
  • Effective and positive real estate negotiating skills
  • Listening to customer requirements and providing best possible solutions to make a sale happen
  • Targets achiever and responsible for accompanying customers for site visits and presentations
  • Make a good network of the channel partners and responsible for providing best presentations and site visits for their customers.
  • Track and follow up recoveries along with good knowledge of documentation process
  • To conduct good market research/survey and be apprised of full knowledge about any offers, activities run by competitors
  • To participate in property road shows,activities run by the company.
  • To coordinate with CRM,civil,admin and other teams and solve any complaints of customer.
  • Good communication skills along with good negotiation skills
  • Dynamic, aggressive and result oriented
Skill set requirement
  • Strong in on-ground activation plan and execution.
  • Able to make good Repo in the assigned territory with CPs and clients
  • Well-versed with sales requirements (Internal & external).
  • Experienced hand in presentations, excel & numbers.
  • Able to work underpressure situations& with shorter TAT’s.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Able to work with cross-functional team
Qualification & Experience
  • Preferably MBA in sales and marketing
  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in Sales
  • 4-6 years of minimum experience in Real Estate
