Terms of Use for Online Application Facility (Trident Hills Private Limited(Formerly known as Ireofiveriver private limited)
Welcome to the Online Application Facility of Trident Hills!
You can now pay the Application Money and express your interest to purchase a plot (“Unit”) in our project “Trident Hills” Sector-4 & 4A, Pinjore- Kalka Urban Complex, Distt. Panchkula, Haryana (“Project”).
Before exercising this option, please go through the current availability of plots in our Project displayed on our website and applicable terms and conditions*. If you choose to avail the Online Application Facility, it will be assumed that you accept our online payment policies and terms and conditions*.
Kindly carefully check, verify and understand all details pertaining to the Unit you wish to opt for. You may also collect further details, including the price of the selected Unit and payment details thereof from our sales personnel either through email or phone.
Online Application is only a preliminary step to select and apply for a Unit matching your interest from the availability chart. You are required to fulfil the required steps for the purchase of the selected Unit as advised by our sales representatives.
You are required to make payment of the Application Money once you have selected a Unit and wish to express your interest to purchase the same. For the said purposes, you are requested to note that:
- Uploading a copy of your PAN card and Aadhar card is mandatory prior to making payment of Application Money;
- payment is to be made from the bank account in the name of the person whose PAN & Aadhaar card is submitted.
In case of any mismatch in data as above, the Application is liable to be rejected and the Application Money will be refunded after deduction of Administrative Charges*.
Upon successful processing of payment of the Application Money and credit of the said amount in our account and depending upon availability of your selected Unit at the real-time of receipt of Application Money by us, your selected Unit will appear in our database for the purposes of holding during the time period (maximum 3 days) permitted for completion of other formalities.
After making payment of the Application Money, you are requested to submit full and proper details and comply with all instructions and applicable terms and conditions so as to enable us to process the selected Unit in your favor, including the following:
- duly filled physical Application Form in original is submitted along with self-attested copies of all KYC documents and other annexures at our Site office within a period of 3 days after processing payment of the Application Money;
- there is no mismatch/ discrepancy in any details submitted along with the Application/ physical Application Form;
failing which, the Application is liable to be rejected and the Application Money will be refunded after deduction of Administrative Charges*
Payment of Application Money does not per se create any rights or interests in your favour and holding, if any, of the selected Unit shall at all times be subject to availability and shall be at our sole discretion.
In case, you wish to withdraw after successfully making payment of the Application Money, the same shall be refunded after deduction of administrative charges.
However, in case the Unit is not available despite you making payment of the Application Money and timely fulfilling all terms and conditions prescribed in this regard then the Application Money shall be refunded without deduction of any administrative charges.
Subject to receipt of the Booking Amount (out of which the Application Money shall be adjusted), and submission of fully filled physical Application Form in Original with all annexures and documents to our satisfaction, we shall inform you regarding booking of the Unit in your name and you shall be required to follow the instructions, terms and conditions as prescribed in the Application Form.
Note: *Refunds, if any, shall be processed within a period of 30 days after receipt of a cancelled copy of the cheque issued from the same bank account from which the payment was made. Administrative charges shall be INR 1000 per square yard of the total area of the Unit. No interest is payable on refund of the Application Money or any part thereof owing to any reason whatsoever.

For making any payments, you shall be re-directed to a third-party site/ payment gateway. Please acknowledge the disclaimer before proceeding further.
By clicking on the link "I Accept" herein below, you are accepting this Disclaimer and your automatic redirection to a third-party website/ payment gateway (hereinafter "Payment Gateway") using which you may make payments. The Payment Gateway is not owned, controlled or endorsed by Trident Hills Private Limited (formerly known as IreoFiveriver Private Limited) and/ or its affiliates, subsidiaries,employees, officers, directors, personnel or agents (hereinafter "THPL").
THPL does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the services, information, materials, tools or the reliability of any service, advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through the Payment Gateway. Furthermore, you are advised to make your own enquiries and arrangements to verify, scan and check the Payment Gateway for any viruses, malicious code or malware, and THPL provides no warranties whatsoever in this regard. You understand and acknowledge that your access of the Payment Gateway and your availing of any services offered on the Payment Gateway or reliance on any opinion, statement, or information available on the Payment Gateway shall be at your sole risk. The information and services available on the Payment Gatewaymay change, get updated and/ or revised without notice and such services and information may change materially at any time, and you agree and accept the same without any recourse to THPL.
THPL expressly disclaims any and all liability or responsibility whatsoever with respect to the Payment Gateway you access, including, but not limited to any information displayed or distributed on/ by the Payment Gateway, deficiency in services of such Payment Gateway, failure / disruption / inability to access the Payment Gateway, failure to make payments, technical errors, loss or theft of data, erroneous submission of data or information, or any virus, malware or phishing attacks, whether or not resulting from any act or omission of THPL, or the Payment Gateway or any other party involved in the functioning of the Payment Gateway or in the services contained therein. Your usage of the Payment Gateway is subject to your compliance of the applicable laws, regulations and all applicable terms & conditions.
*NOTE: Payments made using the Payment Gateway may ordinarily take 3 business days to reach THPL and will be recorded by THPL only as on the date they are fully received by THPL from the Payment Gateway.

Trident Realty understand its responsibility towards the social media and thrives on the principal that correct and authorised information should only be published for our clients and other related / relevant person / group of persons.
To avoid dissemination of wrong, misconstrued, unverified information which may create unrest, un-satisfaction amongst the clients or related person, this Policy is being formed.
Trident Realty reserves the right to preserve, store the information / videos / blogs that is being displayed over any social media medium by any person in any capacity whatsoever for its future use. Any person, posting any information about the upcoming, on-going project, related / not related to Construction Update, Labour Information, Structural Disclosure, Employee Disclosure and or likewise and all other aspect which are not mentioned herein, must first obtain an approval by writing an email at marketing@tridentrealty.co.in with the specific requirement and purpose thereupon.
Upon receipt of approval, on the designated date and time, video / audio shoot may be conducted in the presence of Trident Realty authorised Officials, and before uploading it on the social media or any personal / private / public channel, again, an unedited and edited version needs to be approved by the Group. Only the approved version, can there upon be used at social media.
The creator of the content shall be responsible to ensure that only the approved content is being published and at the demand of the group, all the information, including the original / uncut / unedited video shall be submitted to Trident Realty appointed official person.
Any person / group of people / corporate / any other entity if is publishing any content without having written approval, shall be dealt according to the Civil / Cyber / Criminal Laws of the Republic of India.
