A key cog of the leadership team at Trident Realty, he is responsible to develop overall vision of the company with key emphasis on the product delivery & technology advancement. He attaches utmost importance to the organisation culture, people and processes, and has been relentless in developing & implementing the same.
Rahul Jain is the Director – West. He helms the strategy, operations, investor relations and fund-raising requirements of the western region for Trident Realty. Started as an Investment banker, Rahul brings in deep understanding of the real estate and non-real estate industry with more than a decade of experience into real estate financing. A member of the Chartered Accountants Institute of India, Rahul is pioneer in launching new project.
A Computer Engineer and IIM-Lucknow Alumni, Abhimanyu is Director of Corporate Affairs - Trident Realty. A versatile and industrious professional with experience of almost 12 years in the field of telecommunication, international operations, special ops, government administration, and project management. While looking after general administration, his role is to develop & implement compliance programs/policies, and to advise senior management on key strategic communications. A staunch believer in work ethos, he maintains a comprehensive relationship with authorities, and advocates the strategy to engage with relevant authorities aligning with the organization's interests.
An accomplished engineer & MBA, Rajnish serves Trident Realty as President - Project Execution. A veteran with nearly 29 years of real estate industry experience, he has significantly contributed towards changing urban skylines through numerous landmark projects.
His exceptional project management skills have been instrumental in constructing & transforming The Imperial - New Delhi, Mughal Sheraton - Agra, The Marriot – Saket & multiple projects with Emaar India.
A Delhi University Alumni, Rajan Kohli heads the legal function for Trident Realty. Rajan brings in 25 years of rich experience across Real Estate, Hospitality, Publishing, Insurance and Steels verticals while heading legal function for leading brands like Ambience, MBD, Hero to name a few.
A civil engineer from Marathwada University Aurangabad, Sanjeev Kumar Singh is the Senior Vice President – Project Development for Trident Realty. With 3 decades of extensive experience under his belt with leading organizations like JK Industries, DLF, Emaar & Tata Realty, Sanjeev drives the Project development vertical of the organization. A key cog of leadership team, he is responsible to envisage and oversee the overall project development with key emphasis on the product delivery with the usage of advance technology in construction management. He believes in creating culture for Sustainability, HSE, Green Rated Developments with key focus on people & process improvement.
A key believer of continued learning & self-improvement, Sanjeev has also done executive courses from NICMAR Pune, & Course on Lean Construction implementation in Project under IIT Bombay & IIT Madras.
Kanwal heads the Customer Relationship Business for Trident Realty. In his 25 years of corporate tenure, Kanwal has been at the fore front of Customer Relationship Business with leading brands like Standard Chartered Bank, Idea Cellular Ltd & Emaar India heading the Customer Service, Retail, Credit & Collection verticals.
A member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Sandeep is Vice President- Finance with Trident Realty. With more than 20 years of experience across diverse sectors and with leading brands like Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd., Godrej Properties Ltd., CEAT, Excel Industries Ltd., Sandeep has proficiency in the field of Finance Operations, Taxation, Balance Sheet management and People/Stakeholder management. He is passionate about Culture development & Talent enhancement of the organisation.
Arvind heads the Project Development division for Trident Reality. He has a comprehensive experience of more than 26 years in project planning & infrastructure development for Residential & Commercial projects.
